Unbox and Organize Parts: Carefully unbox the M3 Smith Machine and organize all components and hardware.
Assemble the Frame: Begin by assembling the main frame of the machine. Connect the vertical and horizontal support beams according to the instructions.
Attach the Smith Bar and Guide Rails: Install the Smith bar and guide rails onto the frame. Align the rails properly and ensure they are securely attached to smooth the bar’s movement.
